Exchange & Returns 

Returns

We don't accept returns for products that have a customization. In any other cases, if you return goods in their original state within 14 days of receiving the order, we can offer you a refund. The return shipping cost are free of charge. 

To return your order, please send us back the items at the following address with your delivery form (found in the original shipping) :

or

Milumino, 75 Avenue de Breteuil, Paris, 75015, France

The refund will be credited  to your initial payment card within 72h of the reception of the products. You should receive a confirmation email as soon as completed. 

 Exchange

If you want to exchange the product (Size or Design), you have to return the product in perfect conditions ( like in the Return section). The return shipping cost are included. We will then send your new model free of shipping cost.
