Exchange & Returns 

Returns

We don't accept returns for products that have a customization. In any other cases, if you return goods in their original state within 14 days of receiving the order, we can offer you a refund. The return shipping cost are free of charge. You will receive a shipping slip by mail. 

To return your order, please send us back the items at the following address with your delivery form :

The refund will be credited  to your initial payment card within 72h of the reception of the products. You should receive a confirmation email as soon as completed. 

 Exchange

If you want to exchange the product (Size or Design), you have to return the product in perfect conditions ( like in the Return section). The return shipping cost are included. We will then send your new model free of shipping cost.
