At Milumino, we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products at affordable prices. Our products are sold online and at selected stockists at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on this site. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our Returns and Exchanges section for further assistance.
CORRECTION OF SITE ERRORS
The information on Milumino website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we will have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. Milumino's decision is final.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Milumino shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices we have specified. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accepts payment with the following cards: Visa card, Mastercard & Visa Electron. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped. Please note that we do not ship COP (Cash on delivery)
DELIVERY
The delivery times stated on our Shipping and Returns page are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe. This includes circumstances beyond Milumino’s and our shipper's control, including customs delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information, delivery instructions or information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or receiver’s request for delay, shipment diversion or nonstandard clearance services ; or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery or to pay duties and taxes against delivery if requested. We work closely with our logistics partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers.
We will endeavour to send all orders the same day if ordered before our cut-off time of 12pm CET time. If ordering after this time, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the next business day. You can see the delivery prices on the « Shipping & Returns » section.
Our processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, along with a unique tracking number. You may use this tracking number to check on the status of your order at any time by clicking the link provided by email.
Deliveries will be attempted between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a note at your door with detailed information on how to collect your order. For deliveries outside France and Spain, we require a signature for all goods delivered.
We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay or if an item(s) is out of stock.
We ask that customers inform us of any change with their order as soon as possible by email. If you would like to change an item(s) size or purchase a different item instead, we ask that you cancel your order and repurchase the correct item(s). Please note that once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address, and you will therefore be additional charged for any delivery changes after this time.
You will be charged duties and taxes if an item(s) is sent outside the EU. This is not in our control and is decided by the country we send the item to. The custom costs are the responsibility of the receiver, and must be arranged and paid for by you.

PROMOTIONS
Codes
Promotional codes are for transactions on www.milumino.com and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount; this includes reduction in price(s) during sales or seasonal promotions. The sum or percentage discount will be reduced from the order total excluding shipping costs.
Milumino reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude any person from using any promotional code, with Milumino’s decision final and binding. These Rules are governed by the Spanish laws.
Free Delivery
Standard Terms still apply during any free delivery promotion. Any free delivery promotions are subject to Milumino’s right to do the following at any time: (1) cancel the promotion, (2) cancel or refuse any individual’s right to benefit from it and (3) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion. This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase. It is valid only on Milumino’s online store. Free delivery promotions are with our standard shipping services. Milumino do not guarantee or are responsible for standard delivery times.
Price Adjustments
Milumino will not offer a refund due to a customer missing out on, bypassing or overlooking a promotion or sale. If the price(s) of an item(s) has reduced since your purchase, and you would like to return your order, please refer to our Returns page for more information on how to receive a refund or exchange, as per Milumino’s standard returns policy.
We reserve the right to reject the request of a return if we believe your intent is to purchase the same item(s) at a discounted price. We will also not refund the difference in price if you exchange your full priced item(s) for a discounted item.
AGREEMENT
These conditions (as amended and altered from time to time) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter covered and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings, representations or proposals, written or oral between You and Milumino in relation to such matters.
